Sometimes the troubles of finding a good babysitter turn your Friday night dinner and a movie into a bittersweet and worrisome evening. The Santa Barbara YMCA is helping couples have a parents night out tonight, and every third Friday of the month from 5:00pm-9:00pm.
The best part? Your kids will have a great time in a safe, fun environment with trained child care staff. Kids will have dinner and snacks provided and will partake in games, activities, swimming, the Kid's Gym and a movie.
This sounds absolutely amazing. Imagine the possibilities- your children asking you to have a night out so they can go play!? Even better is the price- admission fees are $20/child for members and $30/child for nonmembers. I've payed babysitters upwards of $60 a night. When adding dinner and a movie, a simple night out can be quite costly. YMCA does a great job of cutting down the cost for parents.
